P rice. 7.1 A specified or agreed upon price, unless explicitly indicated otherwise, does not include the turnover tax (VAT) or any other (government) levy due in connection with the agreement, in the event that Supplier provides the transport of goods, nor the costs in connection with unloading and demurrage or parking charges for the means of transport if the unloading of the goods takes longer than … hours after the arrival at the agreed-upon delivery address. The Supplier shall be entitled to charge the Purchaser separately in full for the items listed above.

P rice. Vendor warrants that the prices for the items or services covered by this Purchase Order are not less favorable than those currently extended to any other customer for the same or similar items or services in similar quantities. In no event is this order to be filled at higher prices than last previously quoted or charged without Company's written consent. In the event Vendor reduces its prices during the term of this order, Vendor agrees to reduce the price hereof correspondingly. Vendor warrants that the prices shown on this Purchase Order shall be complete, and no additional charges of any type will be added without Company's express written consent. Such additional charges include, but are not limited to, shipping, packaging, labeling, custom duties, taxes, storage, insurance and boxing. If partial shipments are made for the convenience of Vendor, any additional transportation charges will be paid by Vendor.

P rice. The price of the Goods is the price stated in the Order (the "Price"). Unless otherwise specified in the Order, the Price includes all packaging, transportation costs to the Delivery Location, insurance, customs duties and fees and applicable taxes, including, but not limited to, all sales, use or excise taxes. P rice. Buyer shall purchase the Goods from Seller at the price or prices (the "Prices") set forth in Exhibit A. If the Prices should be increased by Seller before delivery of the Goods to a carrier for shipment to Buyer, then this Agreement shall be construed as if the increased Prices were originally inserted herein, and Buyer shall be billed by Seller on the basis of such increased Prices. All Prices are exclusive of all harmonized sales tax, goods and services tax, sales tax, valued added tax, use and excise taxes, and any other similar taxes, duties and charges of any kind imposed by any governmental authority on any amounts payable by Buyer. Buyer shall be responsible for all such charges, costs and taxes; provided that, Buyer shall not be responsible for any taxes imposed on, or with respect to, Seller's income, revenues, gross receipts, personnel or real or personal property or other assets.
