Packaging and transport. The products shall be delivered in packaging suitable for transport and storage, which ensures sufficient protection against quality degradation and contamination. Labelling must be in accordance with our conditions of purchase and delivery or pictograms.

The Contracting Party shall ensure proper packaging, as well as such security and transport for the Goods that they reach the place of Delivery in a good condition and unloading can take place safely. 20.2. The Contracting Party shall take back all packaging free of charge, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

(b) Packaging shall be appropriate and ensure that the content remains intact and prevents damage or deterioration and shall be in accordance with specifications set out in Annex B (Technical Specifications). Procedure for packaging and transportation shall be subject to prior written approval by Fusion for Energy. This approval shall not release the responsibility of the Contractor.
(c) The Contractor shall notify Fusion for Energy of the exact date of delivery together with the Release Note to be approved by Fusion for Energy before shipment of the Items. The Contractor shall bear the financial consequences of any delivery executed without Fusion for Energy’s prior approval.
Packaging and transport. Halloysite clay ordered by ________ from AMI’s Dragon Mine property shall be packaged in appropriate bags by AMI as agreed between the Parties and stated on purchase orders and then shipped by means arranged by ________.
Packaging and transport. 5.1 Unless otherwise agreed in the PO, Supplier shall bear the costs for appropriate labelling, packaging and palletization. The packaging must be appropriate to protect against damage, contamination and moisture during transport and storage and shall comply with the relevant applicable laws and regulations and with any special instructions of Purchaser.
5.2 The complete delivery documentation shall be enclosed.
Packaging and transport. The cost of packaging is included in the price for normal shipments of materials and components. For shipments that require additional packaging material, the packaging costs will be billed to the buyer. The delivery terms in sales contracts may deviate if special packages when sending e.g., cable ducts and mounting rails apply.
Packaging and transport. 19.1 The Supplier will ensure that the Goods are properly packaged, secured and transported in such a way that they reach their destination in good condition and can be safely unloaded there. The Goods must be loaded onto the type of pallet prescribed. The packaging must also be suitable for storage. If the Goods have not been properly packaged, TripleF Fruit B.V. will be entitled to return the (poorly packaged) Goods. The Suppler will be liable for any loss and/or damage caused due to inadequate packaging.
19.2 TripleF Fruit B.V. will be entitled to return all packaging materials and pallets to the Supplier at any time. Return consignments of packaging materials will be made for the account and risk of the Supplier to the location and destination stated by the Supplier.
19.3 If at the request of the Supplier all packaging materials and pallets are destroyed and/or removed by TripleF Fruit B.V., this will be for the account and risk of the Supplier.
19.4 In those cases that TripleF Fruit B.V. indicates how Goods must be packaged and specified, the Supplier will be obliged to follow instructions. Furthermore, the Supplier will be responsible for observing Dutch, European and international regulations regarding packaging.

Irrespective of the stipulations in INCOTERMS’ condition of delivery, the Supplier shall carefully pack the Products taking into account the means and the distance of the transport and in conformity with the instructions in the specification or instructions that Loval later may have given. The package shall state Loval’s order number, the article number and quantity.
