Packaging and transport. Unless otherwise specified in our Quotation:
Packaging and transport. The products shall be delivered in packaging suitable for transport and storage, which ensures sufficient protection against quality degradation and contamination. Labelling must be in accordance with our conditions of purchase and delivery or pictograms.
Packaging and transport. (a) All packing materials are non-returnable and their cost is included in the Total Price.
(b) Packaging shall be appropriate and ensure that the content remains intact and prevents damage or deterioration and shall be in accordance with specifications set out in Annex B (Technical Specifications). Procedure for packaging and transportation shall be subject to prior written approval by Fusion for Energy. This approval shall not release the responsibility of the Contractor.
(c) The Contractor shall notify Fusion for Energy of the exact date of delivery together with the Release Note to be approved by Fusion for Energy before shipment of the Items. The Contractor shall bear the financial consequences of any delivery executed without Fusion for Energy’s prior approval.

The Contracting Party shall ensure proper packaging, as well as such security and transport for the Goods that they reach the place of Delivery in a good condition and unloading can take place safely. The Contracting Party shall be responsible for compliance with the Dutch, European and international regulations relating to packaging.
20.2. The Contracting Party shall take back all packaging free of charge, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Packaging and transport. 6.1. The Supplier shall bear the overall responsibility for the fulfilment of all applicable transport regulations, packaging regulations as well as all requirements resulting from the Deliveries and Services to be provided, such as, in particular, requirements concerning the documentation and the safety of products, unless and to the extent that anything to the contrary results from these Terms of Purchase. In this regard the Supplier shall indemnify and hold KT harmless and shall compensate KT for all losses and expenses resulting from a breach of duty in this respect, and shall release KT from all obligations and liabilities on first demand.
6.2. The deliverables must be packed properly and in accordance with the protection of the product for transport in compliance with any special instructions issued by KT. Damage caused by improper packaging or non- compliance with these instructions shall be borne by the Supplier.
6.3. Customary packaging shall be taken back by the Supplier at its own expense at the respective place of delivery and service provision without being requested to do so.
6.4. Suppliers with their registered office or branch office in UK are obliged to discharge the packaging of their products via a collection and recycling system.
6.5. If the Supplier provides Deliveries and Services (e.g. repairs, professional services etc.) on the company premises of KT, he has to collect and dispose of packaging and waste at his own expense.
Packaging and transport. 1. The Contractor undertakes to deliver the object of the procurement procedure by its own means of transport, at its own expense and risk. The mobile laboratory (equipment) shall be shipped after being appropriately packed and loaded by the Contractor.
2. The Contractor shall be liable for any damage resulting from the defective or improper packing of the mobile laboratory (equipment).
3. Transport of the mobile laboratory (devices) from the registered seat of the Contractor to the registered seat of the Contracting Authority shall be prepared and paid by the Contractor.
