PACKING AND PACKAGING. Seller shall preserve, package, handle, and pack the Products so as to protect the Products from loss or damage, in conformance with good commercial practices, Powerwave’s specifications, government regulations and other applicable requirements. Seller shall be responsible for any Product damage caused by any failure to comply with packaging specifications. Seller shall provide a detailed packing list attached to each pallet or container enclosed in a weatherproof package marked “Packing Slip Inside.” The packing slip and other documentation shall bear the applicable PO number and shipping destination. Cartons or pallets shall be consistently labeled and facing the same direction. Seller shall be responsible for any loss or damage due to its failure to properly preserve, package, handle or pack the Products. Hazardous materials must be packed and labeled as required by the appropriate government and carrier regulations. Machined surfaces must be given special protection against rust, corrosion, or any physical damage. Where applicable, all sides of the package shall be stenciled, using waterproof ink, with the appropriate marks, in English, listed below: — FRAGILE — HANDLE WITH CARE — THIS END UP (Stencil and arrow pointing up.) If Buyer directs Seller to mark or label any Parts with a trade name, trademark, or logo owned or licensed by Powerwave, Seller shall apply the marking or labeling only on the quantity of Products and in the manner specified in Powerwave’s written instructions.
PACKING AND PACKAGING. Unless otherwise specified in writing, all packing and packaging must be done in accordance with good, economical, commercial practice, and must consist of suitable containers for optimum protection of goods during delivery, handling, and storage. Seller will label and package all goods which are known to have health, poison, fire, explosion, or other risks and hazards in accordance with all applicable state and federal packaging and labeling laws and regulations and goods will be accompanied by all required Material Safety Data Sheets.

PACKING AND PACKAGING. ANDON shall package all shipments hereunder in accordance with standard commercial practices for shipment of goods that are the same or substantially similar. Each package shall be identified with at least the place of delivery, SUNTEC INDUSTRIES FRANCE item references and the quantity held in each package. Force Majeure shall refer to any external uncontrollable and unforeseeable event preventing the Parties from fulfilling their undertakings under the Order. In any event Force Majeure shall not include the following: - strikes and generally speaking any acts of agents, employees, representatives or sub-supplier of the Supplier, as well as any damage due to the failure of the materials or equipment used for the fulfilment of the Supply; - any possible delays in the delivery of raw materials. The Supplier may not rely on Force Majeure if the event occurs after the expiration of the contractual time limit or limits for the fulfilment of the Order.
PACKING AND PACKAGING. To the extent possible, orders will be packaged in blocks of twenty-four (24) individual WBSMs or multiples thereof. All deliveries to WildBlue pursuant to this Agreement shall be packaged in a manner consistent with industry standards for cable modems and packed for safe delivery to their destinations without damage. Wholesale, single color packaging is included in the purchase price. Contractor shall submit a retail outside packaging design and cable options package (to include Ethernet and USB cables) ("RETAIL PACKAGE") to WildBlue for WildBlue's approval on or before ***. The price for the Retail Package will be negotiated between the two parties. The Retail Package shall be an option for WildBlue. If the Retail Package option is requested WildBlue may purchase WBSMs with both the standard packaging and Retail Packaging. Packaging type will be specified on Orders.
PACKING AND PACKAGING. All deliverables under this contract shall be preserved and packaged in accordance with the most economical and best commercial practices to assure delivery at the destination and to prevent deterioration and damage due to shipping, handling and storage hazards.

a) Buyer's Order number and b) line item and complete item description and part number as described in the Order ii) Material Test Report (MTR) or Certificate of Conformance (COC) as required by the Order iii) Material Safety and Data Sheet (MSDS) as required by the Order.
PACKING AND PACKAGING. The Supplier shall pack the Goods in packaging compliant with the standard specified in the Purchase Order. Where no particular packaging has been specified, the Supplier shall use packaging of such a standard to ensure that the Goods will arrive intact without damage at the delivery point stated in the Purchase Order. Such packing and packaging will be included in the value of the Purchase Order. Unless agreed in Writing by the Company all packaging shall be non-returnable. The Supplier shall be responsible for any damage to the Goods found at the time of delivery or during the Company’s Goods Inwards Inspection procedure. The Company shall notify the Supplier within 5 working days following delivery of the damage found. Following such notification the Supplier shall advise the Company the remedy or remedies the Supplier will implement to replace the damaged Goods.
