Packing, Shipping and Delivery. 2.1. Seller shall: (a) properly xxxx, xxxx and ship the Equipment in accordance with the requirements of Buyer, the involved carriers, and, if applicable, the country of destination; packaging shall be suitable for the type of good including, where appropriate, long-distance transport, moisture-proof, waterproof, shockproof, rustproof, resistant to rough loading and unloading and consistent with industry practices and standards, so as to prevent the Equipment from being damaged and cause the Equipment to be delivered properly to Buyer; (b) route shipments in accordance with Buyer’s instructions; (c) make no charge for handling, packaging, storage, transportation or drayage of the Equipment, unless otherwise stated in this Agreement; (d) provide with each shipment packing slips with Buyer’s contract and/or order number and date of shipment marked thereon; (e) properly mark each package with a label/tag according to Buyer’s instructions; (f) promptly forward the original bill of lading or other shipping receipts with the correct classification and identification of the Equipment shipped in accordance with Buyer’s instructions and carrier’s requirements; (g) mark each package and identify the Equipment on packing slips, bills of lading and invoices (when required) to enable Buyer to easily identify the Equipment purchased; (h) at the request of Buyer, provide electronic versions of documents and information related to the shipping and delivery of the Equipment herein; and (i) promptly notify Buyer in writing if Seller is unable to comply with the shipping instructions in this Agreement. Buyer may charge Seller for damage to or deterioration of the Equipment resulting from improper packing or packaging.

Packing, Shipping and Delivery. Supplier shall; (a) ship the material covered by this Purchase Order complete unless instructed otherwise; (b) ship to the destination designated in this Purchase Order; (c) ship according to routing instructions given by Globe; (d) place the Purchase Order number on all subordinate documents; (e) enclose a packing memorandum with each shipment, and when more than one package is shipped, identify the one containing the memorandum; (f) mark this Purchase Order number on all packages and shipping papers; (g) tender invoices as specified in the Purchase Order, showing Purchase Order number through routing and weight; (h) render separate invoices for each shipment within twenty four (24) hours after shipment; (i) forward bills of lading and shipping notices with invoices; (j) mail invoices, bills and notices to the address shown on this Purchase Order if prepayment of transportation charges is authorized. Supplier shall include the transportation charges from the F.O.B. point to the destination as a separate item on the invoice stating the name of the carrier used. All material shall be suitably packed, marked and shipped in accordance with the requirements of common carriers in a manner to secure lowest transportation costs, and no additional charges shall be made to Globe therefore unless otherwise stated on the face of this Purchase Order.

All goods shall be properly packed, marked and shipped in accordance with the requirements of the common carrier transporting such goods and of the applicable Purchase Order and in a manner which, unless otherwise agreed, will permit the securing of the lowest transportation rates. All shipments to be forwarded on one day via one route shall be consolidated and shipped to protect the lowest transportation charge. Seller shall route shipments in accordance with Buyer's T&C. Unless otherwise provided in the applicable Purchase Order, no charge shall be made by Seller for containers, crating, boxing, bundling, dunnage, drayage, or storage. Each packing slip, xxxx of lading and invoice shall bear the applicable Purchase Order number. A numbered master packing slip shall accompany each shipment.

Packing, Shipping and Delivery a. All items to be furnished to Buyer under this contract shall be prepared and packed for export shipment in a manner acceptable to Buyer to comply with carrier regulations and prevent damage or deterioration during handling, shipment and storage for up to ninety (90) days at destination. Any package or unitized or consolidated group of packages weighing in excess of 45 kilograms or otherwise not suited to manual handling shall be provided with skids to permit use of mechanical handling equipment. Upon Buyer request, Seller shall submit to Buyer two copies of Seller's proposed preparation procedure and packing design not less than thirty days prior to first shipment, for Buyer approval, and Seller shall prepare and package in accordance with the procedure and design approved by Buyer. All items furnished under this contract and valued in excess of U.S. $50.00 shall be clearly marked or stamped to indicate country of manufacture. Markings shall consist of the phrase "Made in (country)". In accordance with U.S. Customs Law, markings shall be as permanent as the nature of the product will permit, and located in a conspicuous place, easily available for customs inspection upon arrival in the United States. If the product is of a nature whereby marking is impossible, a securely affixed tag with country of origin named shall suffice. The Seller shall reimburse Buyer for all damage to or deterioration of the Goods which would have been prevented by proper packing and packaging.
