Pager. The Company shall supply a pager to employees on standby. However, the Company is not required to provide a vehicle to an employee on standby.
Pager. The City and the Union agree that utilization of electronic pagers will be exclusively for the purpose of alerting off-duty firefighters of working fires or complex emergency incidents requiring significant additional firefighting personnel; and to respond assigned dispatch person initially during the same. The City and the Union agree that off-duty firefighting personnel utilize pagers whenever reasonably practicable; within defined geographical limits (20 miles from the City limits); and that the utilization will not entail an additional compensation. The City and the Union agree that the City is not liable to compensate under Article 18, sentence #1, in cases of non-operational paging devices, or of personnel either unable to, or not electing to respond.
Pager. Those employees issued Pagers shall receive thirty-five dollars ($35.00) per week; furthermore, when such employee involved is called in, he shall receive the call out pay as per Article 12.01.
Pager. The Medical Center will provide a 2-way pager for Physician's use throughout the GME Program appointment period. Upon termination from the GME program, the pager must be returned to the HSO as required by HSO policy;
Pager. The Employer shall, free of charge, put at the disposal of the employee on on- call service (which employee cannot refuse) a pager or other means of communication determined by the Employer. The employee must personally ensure the proper functioning of the device at all times, wherever she or he may be.
Pager. Compensation for the disruption to a normal life style that is created by and employee being required to carry a pager when off duty. The Employer agrees to seventy-five ($75) dollars per month for employees continually on-call during 2006 and will apply to CMHC for funding to continue this into 2006. The seventy-five ($75) dollars is pro-rated for employees who are not required to continuously carry a pager.
Pager the establishment shall provide the resident who is on call with a digital pager. the resident shall not be responsible for damage to these devices, except where there is negligence on his part.
Pager. Employees requested by the Employer to carry a pager after scheduled shifts and/or on weekends will be paid one hour at time and one-half per day.
Pager. Assistant Prosecutor’s required by the Prosecutor to carry a pager and/or cellular/digital phone after scheduled workday will be paid one hour at time and one-half per day. Only one Assistant Prosecutor and the “Drug Enforcement Prosecutor” shall receive the “on call” pay each day.
