Common use of Paid Leaves Clause in Contracts

Paid Leaves. The District shall grant paid leaves of absence to Full-Time Faculty Members for (a) bereavement, (b) sickness, (c) industrial accident and illness, (d) judicial and official appearances, (e) quarantine, (f) personal necessity, (g) jury duty, and (h) the exchange of Faculty Members, subject to the conditions set forth in this Article.
