Common use of Paid Vacation Schedule Clause in Contracts

Paid Vacation Schedule. Employees working under this Agreement shall receive paid vacations in accordance with the following schedule provided they are eligible and prorated based on their regular FTE. YEARS OF SERVICE (HOURS) Less than 3 years (80) 3, but less than 5 years (96) 5, but less than 10 years (120) 10, but less than 15 years (136) 15, but less than 20 years (160) 20 or more years (186) Any employees with 25 years of service or more as of January 1, 2020, will be redlined at 200 hours.
