Common use of Parent/Guardian Evaluation Participation Clause in Contracts

Parent/Guardian Evaluation Participation. The University may ask the parent or legal guardian of a pupil enrolled in the Charter School to participate in an evaluation or research, which may include their participation in an interview or responding to a questionnaire, about the performance of the Charter School. The Grantee shall use its best efforts to encourage the parent or legal guardian to participate in such evaluation or research process, subject to their consent.
