Parental Control Device. Upon request by any Subscriber, Grantee shall make available a parental control or lockout device, traps or filters to enable a Subscriber to control access to both the audio and video portions of any or all Channels. Grantee shall inform its Subscribers of the availability of the lockout device at the time of their initial subscription and periodically thereafter. Any device offered shall be at a rate, if any, in compliance with Applicable Law.
Parental Control Device. Upon request by any Subscriber, Grantee shall make available at Grantee's actual cost a parental control or lockout device compatible with the Subscriber's equipment that will enable the Subscriber to block access to any or all Channels. Grantee shall inform its Subscribers of the availability of the lockout device at the time of the original subscription and annually thereafter, and if requested by the Subscriber, shall provide the device at the time of the original installation.
Parental Control Device. Upon request by any subscriber, and consistent with federal law, the Operator shall make available a parental control or lockout device to enable a Subscriber to control access to any or all channels. The Operator shall inform its subscribers of the availability of the lockout device at the time of their initial subscription and periodically thereafter.
Parental Control Device. Grantee shall make available cable set-top receivers with the capability of providing parental control to enable a Subscriber to control access to any or all Channels, and shall also make instructions for the use thereof available to Subscribers.
Parental Control Device. I acknowledge that I have been advised of the availability of MBC parental control features that can filter or block certain programming.
Parental Control Device. The Franchisee shall provide parental ----------------------- control devices to subscribers upon request which permit a subscriber to block out particular channels for particular periods. In addition, the Franchisee shall, upon request by a Subscriber install devices:
