Parental Leave Top-Up. An employee who is eligible for parental leave under clause 17.03(a) or who requests and is granted parental leave under clause 17.03(b) shall be entitled, provided the employee is in receipt of Employment Insurance benefits pursuant to the Employment Insurance Act, S.C. 1996, as amended, to the following Supplemental Employment Benefits (SUB) payments while on parental leave:
