Pari Passu Ranking. Each Obligor must ensure that its payment obligations under the Finance Documents rank at least pari passu with all its other present and future unsecured payment obligations, except for obligations mandatorily preferred by law applying to companies generally.
Pari Passu Ranking. Each Obligor shall ensure that at all times any unsecured and unsubordinated claims of a Finance Party against it under the Finance Documents rank at least pari passu with the claims of all its other unsecured and unsubordinated creditors except those creditors whose claims are mandatorily preferred by laws of general application to companies.

The Borrower shall ensure that its payment obligations under the Finance Documents rank and continue to rank at least pari passu with the claims of all of its other unsecured and unsubordinated creditors, except for obligations mandatorily preferred by law applying to companies generally.

Pari Passu Ranking. The Borrower shall procure that its payment obligations under this Agreement do and will rank at least pari passu with all its other present and future unsecured and unsubordinated obligations, except for obligations mandatorily preferred by laws of general application.

Pari Passu Ranking. Each Borrower shall take, or cause to be taken, all actions necessary to ensure that the Obligations of such Borrower are and continue to rank at least pari passu in right of payment with all other unsecured and unsubordinated Indebtedness of such Borrower.

The obligations of the Borrower and each Security Party under the Finance Documents to which it is a party are direct, general and unconditional obligations and rank at least pari passu with the claims of all its other unsecured and unsubordinated creditors except for obligations mandatorily preferred by law applying to companies generally.
