Parking and Signage. Sublessee shall have the right to park in 48 unreserved parking spaces in the parking facility that serves the 200 Building as provided in Section 28 of the Master Lease, as incorporated herein. Subject to Master Lessor’s and Sublessor’s consent, Sublessee, at Sublessee’s sole cost and expense, shall have the right to place building standard suite signage at the entrance of the Subleased Premises as well as in the lobby directory.

Parking and Signage. (a) Tenant and/or its employees or customers shall not park vehicles in Subleasor’s marked “client” parking spaces in the front of the Premises.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, subject to Master Xxxxxx’s and Sublessor’s consent as to the specifications thereof, Sublessee shall be entitled to place Building standard signage with Sublessee’s name and logo on the entry door to the Subleased Premises and in the elevator lobby, and Sublessee shall also be entitled to signage in the lobby directory of the Building consistent with other tenants in the Building. Sublessor agrees that Syncopation Life Sciences is not an “Objectionable Name”.
Parking and Signage. All parking rights granted to Sublandlord under the Master Lease shall pass to Subtenant and any associated costs will be passed-through to Subtenant. Without limiting the foregoing, Subtenant shall be entitled to four (4) unreserved surface parking spaces per 1,000 rentable square feet of the Premises at no charge, and seven (7) reserved parking spaces at a rate of $35.00 per month per space. The underground parking spaces shall be reserved in a location mutually agreeable to the Master Landlord and Subtenant. All signage rights granted to Sublandlord under the Master Lease shall pass to Subtenant provided that Subtenant carries any and all costs associated to said signage.
Parking and Signage. Sublessee shall have access to its pro rata share (i.e., 32% from commencement through November 14, 2002; 40% from November 15, 2002 until January 14, 2003 and 47% for the remainder of the Term) of Sublessor’s allowance of surface and covered parking spaces as detailed in and subject to any conditions or restrictions outlined in Sections 1.25 and 4.11 and other relevant provisions of the Master Lease. Parking and Signage. Sublessee shall have the right to park in 36 parking spaces in the on-site parking lot and garage that serves the Building as provided in Section 28 of the Master Lease, as incorporated herein. Subject to Master Lessor’s and Sublessor’s consent (with Xxxxxxxxx’s consent not to be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed), and provided that the same violate any applicable regulations governing signage on the property, including the City of South San Francisco, Sublessee shall have the signage rights described in Section 23.1(i)-(iii) of the Master Lease, as incorporated herein. Furthermore, Sublessee may, at its sole cost and expense, install its signs in the third-floor lobby and directional signage in the building lobby. Additionally, Sublessee shall have the right to install a reception kiosk in the third-floor lobby.

Subject to Master Lessor’s and Sublessor’s consent and Section 23 of the Master Lease, Sublessee shall have the right to install its name and/or logo or any of its affiliates’ names and/or logos on (i) signage within the Subleased Premises, (ii) signage in one (1) location on the exterior rooftop of the Building to be reasonably and mutually agreed upon by Sublessor and Sublessee, and (iii) monument signage as permitted in the Master Lease provided that Sublessor shall be entitled to maintain its name in the monument signage.
Parking and Signage. (a) Subtenant shall have the right to use the 96 unassigned parking spaces that Sublandlord has the right to use pursuant to Section 1.3 of the Overlease, subject, however, to the terms and provisions of the Overxxxxx.
