Parking and Signage. Sublessee shall have the right to park in 34 parking spaces in the on-site parking lot that serves the Building as provided in Section 28 of the Master Lease, as incorporated herein. Subject to Master Lessor’s and Sublessor’s consent, and provided the same do not reduce or diminish Sublessor’s ability to install its own signs, Sublessee shall have the signage rights described in Section 23.1(b) of the Master Lease, as incorporated herein, at Sublessee’s sole cost.
Parking and Signage. Subtenant shall be entitled to use Subtenant's then applicable Proportionate Share of the parking spaces allocated to Sublandlord under the Prime Lease, on a non-exclusive basis. Sublandlord shall have no obligation to police the parking areas or enforce Subtenant's parking rights hereunder. Parking and Signage. (a) Tenant and/or its employees or customers shall not park vehicles in Subleasor’s marked “client” parking spaces in the front of the Premises.
(b) Tenant shall not erect or display any signage or advertisement on or about the Office Space or Premises.

Sublessee shall have the right to park in thirty-nine (39) of the parking spaces in the on-site parking lot that serves the Building available to Sublessor as provided in Article 23 of the Master Lease, as incorporated herein. Sublessee shall have no right to install signage without the prior written consent of Sublessor and Master Lessor, and any such signs installed by or for Sublessee shall be removed by Sublessee at the expiration or earlier termination of this Sublease. Notwithstanding the foregoing, subject to Master Xxxxxx’s and Sublessor’s consent as to the specifications thereof, Sublessee shall be entitled to place Building standard signage with Sublessee’s name and logo on the entry door to the Subleased Premises and in the elevator lobby, and Sublessee shall also be entitled to signage in the lobby directory of the Building consistent with other tenants in the Building. Sublessor agrees that Syncopation Life Sciences is not an “Objectionable Name”.
Parking and Signage. Sublessee shall be entitled to lease from Landlord four of the parking stalls provided under Section 7 of the Master Lease during the term of this Sublease. Sublessee shall be entitled to building standard suite and directory signage.
Parking and Signage. All parking rights granted to Sublandlord under the Master Lease shall pass to Subtenant and any associated costs will be passed-through to Subtenant. Without limiting the foregoing, Subtenant shall be entitled to four (4) unreserved surface parking spaces per 1,000 rentable square feet of the Premises at no charge, and seven (7) reserved parking spaces at a rate of $35.00 per month per space. The underground parking spaces shall be reserved in a location mutually agreeable to the Master Landlord and Subtenant. All signage rights granted to Sublandlord under the Master Lease shall pass to Subtenant provided that Subtenant carries any and all costs associated to said signage.

Parking and Signage. Sublessee shall have all the rights of "Tenant" under 7.2 of the Master Lease with regard to parking, subject to all of the terms and conditions therein, provided all related costs shall be the sole responsibility of Sublessee. In addition, subject to Landlord's prior written consent in accordance with Section 34 of the Master Lease, Sublessee shall have the right to install, at its sole cost and expense, a monument sign (i) above the entrance to the Building, (ii) at the front of the Building, and (iii) at the Porter Drive entrance leading to the Building. Sublessee, at its sole xxxx and expense, shall: (A) maintain such signs in good working order during the Sublease Term and (B) upon the earlier of (1) the termination of this Sublease, or (2) the expiration or earlier termination of the Master Lease, in the event (aa) this Sublease becomes effective as a direct lease between Landlord and Sublessee and/or (bb) the Master Lease continues as a direct lease between Landlord and Sublessee upon the expiration of the Sublease Term, remove such signs and return the areas on which the signs are located to the condition in which they existed prior to the installation of such signs.
