Participant Reports. Following appropriate HIPAA requirements and standards for the transfer of information relating to any Participant, EDH will provide Sponsor (or any designee of Sponsor who has executed a mutually agreeable confidentiality agreement with EDH) with the following monthly reports: (a) utilization of the Network and Network Services by Participants and (b) available and/or applicable outcome and pricing information relating to Participants utilizing the Network and Network Services for an Episode of Care. Upon reasonable written request, EDH will provide Sponsor access to pertinent substantiating documentation maintained by EDH and required in connection with such reports, subject to the confidentiality requirements contained in Article 6 of this Agreement. Any modifications requested by Sponsor to the reports listed in this Section 2.3(c) shall be subject to a reasonable fee mutually agreed in writing by the Parties to reflect the time and resources necessary to fulfill such request.
Participant Reports. 1. The Participant shall be enabled to report on identifying and statistical data on the Clients it serves, subject to the terms of this Agreement regarding Client confidentiality.
Participant Reports. XXXX will perform certain analysis and provide Client with access to certain statistics and reports (“Participant Reports”) through XXXX Mobile relating to the audio recordings obtained from Participants through the use of the Recorders (“Participant Recordings”) while participating in Classes. Client will generate and use the Participant Recordings and Participant Reports solely in accordance with the terms of this Agreement and all applicable Guidelines, including LENA’s then-current Client Data Privacy Policy. In particular, Client will not modify or alter any Participant Report without the prior written consent of XXXX.

The PA HMIS access granted to the Participant will permit the Participant to report on identifying and statistical data on the clients the Participant serves, subject to the terms of this Agreement. The Participant shall only report on identifying and statistical data on the clients the Participant serves, subject to the terms of this Agreement regarding client confidentiality.
