Participate in the Settlement. If you want to participate in the Settlement and receive money from the Settlement, you do not have to do anything. You will automatically be included in the Class Settlement and issued your Individual Settlement Payment unless you decide to exclude yourself from the Class Settlement.
Participate in the Settlement. To see if you are in the Classes and, if so, how you will be able to share in the Settlement Fund, you need to determine whether you may be a Class Member.

Unless you elect to exclude yourself from the Settlement, you will be bound by the terms of the Settlement and any judgment that may be entered by the Court based thereon, and you will be deemed to have released the claims described in Section III.D. As a member of the Class, you will not be separately responsible for the payment of attorney’s fees or reimbursement of litigation expenses, unless you retain your own counsel, in which event you will be responsible for your own attorney’s fees and expenses.

If you have Out-of-Pocket Costs that are eligible for reimbursement, you are required to submit a timely Claim for reimbursement along with Required Proof, or comply with other deadlines as set forth herein and in the Settlement Agreement and Release. If you qualify as a PAGA Employee, you will be bound to the release of Released PAGA Claims and will be issued your Individual PAGA Payment, irrespective of whether you exclude yourself from the Class Settlement.
Participate in the Settlement. If you agree with the proposed Settlement, you need not do anything to remain the class. You are, however, required to submit a timely claim as set forth herein, or comply with other deadlines as set forth here and in the Class Action Settlement Agreement and Release.
