Participating Agencies. Pursuant to Charter § 1057-a, if this Agreement is with a participating City agency and the Contractor has regular contact with the public in the daily administration of its business, the Contractor must comply with the requirements of this Section. The participating City agencies are: the Administration for Children’s Services; the City Clerk; the Civilian Complaint Review Board; the Commission on Human Rights; Community Boards; the Department of Small Business Services; the Department of Citywide Administrative Services; the Department of Consumer Affairs; the Department of Correction; the Department of Environmental Protection; the Department of Finance; the Department of Health and Mental Health; the Department of Homeless Services; the Department of Housing Preservation and Development; the Department of Parks and Recreation; the Department of Probation; the Taxi and Limousine Commission; the Department of Transportation; and the Department of Youth and Community Development.
Participating Agencies. Pursuant to City Executive Order No. 150 of 2011 (“E.O. 150”), if this Agreement is with a participating City agency and the Contractor has regular contact with the public in the daily administration of its business, the Contractor must comply with the requirements of this Section. The participating City agencies are: Administration for Children's Services, Department of Consumer Affairs, Department of Correction, Department of Health and Mental Hygiene, Department of Homeless Services, Department of Housing Preservation and Development, Human Resources Administration, Department of Parks and Recreation, Department of Probation, and Department of Youth and Community Development.
Participating Agencies. A government entity or other organization, located within or outside of the NCR, who uses this Contract as described in the Cooperative Rider Clause (Exhibit D).
Participating Agencies. The Recipient shall ensure that competent staff are designated to work on the Project in all the Participating Agencies, and shall cause the said Agencies to liaise, as necessary, with the Key Implementing Entities and the Program Task Force.
Participating Agencies. The Participating Agencies are the Connecticut Office of Early Childhood, the Connecticut State Colleges and Universities System, the Connecticut State Board of Education, the Connecticut Department of Labor, UCONN, cicu-IRPS and those entities that have been approved for participation in P20 WIN by every Participating Agency and that have executed a similar Memorandum of Agreement with DOL enabling DOL to match data between Participating Agencies.
Participating Agencies. Participants in this computer matching program are the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) and the Defense Manpower Data Center (DMDC) of the Department of Defense (DoD). The VA is the source agency, i.e., the activity disclosing the records for the purpose of the match. The DMDC is the specific recipient activity or matching agency, i.e., the agency that actually performs the computer matching.
Participating Agencies. A Participating Agency shall be entitled to participate in open session Board meetings regarding the planning, design, Construction and operation of the Project. Agency may consult from time to time with current and potential future Participating Agencies regarding Project design, planning and implementation. The Agency Board may by resolution approve Participating Agencies.
Participating Agencies. All Principals, and all Subscribers, as they may be so constituted from time to time, are collectively referred to as the “Participating Agencies” or “Participants,” and individually referred to as a “Participating Agency” or “Participant.”
Participating Agencies. An agency of the U.S. government may become a "Participating Agency" after it is identified as such in a Program Agreement. Government Integrator shall have complete discretion to establish with each Participating Agency the pricing and all other terms and conditions regarding Government Integrator's provision of Products and their associated license rights to Government Integrator's Participating Agencies provided that such terms are not in conflict with this Agreement, the applicable Program Agreement or the License Agreement. The negotiation of these terms between Government Integrator and its Participating Agencies shall not be subject to approval or review by MS in any way.
Participating Agencies. An agency of the United States government may become a "Participating Agency" after it is identified as such in this Program Agreement. MS reserves the right to refuse to accept any Program Agreement which is incomplete, not accompanied by all information requested by MS as necessary to process Program Agreement, or submitted for an entity that MS dxxxx xx not covered by the solicitation identified in Section 1 above.
