Participating in Multi-Party Studies. The JPC may combine with or participate in similarly established joint planning committees amongst multiple entities engaging in coordinated planning studies under tariff provisions or established under joint agreements to which the Parties are signatories, for the purpose of providing for broader and more effective coordinated interregional planning.
