The participation fee will be included in quotes and invoices between Vendor and a 791 PURCHASING COOPERATIVE Member. The 791 PURCHASING COOPERATIVE participation fee will not be a provided as a separate line item to the 791 PURCHASING COOPERATIVE Member. Vendor will remit the participation fee to 791 PURCHASING COOPERATIVE within thirty (30) business days of receipt of the payment for Purchases made under this agreement, which includes the annual participation fee, from the 791 PURCHASING COOPERATIVE Member.
