Common use of Participation in Employee Plans Clause in Contracts

In addition to the plans described in this Agreement, the Executive shall be entitled to participate in any health, disability, or group life insurance plan; any pension, retirement, or profit sharing plan; and any other perquisites and fringe benefits, in which the Executive is eligible to participate and which may be generally made available from time to time to the Company’s senior executive officers, in accordance with the terms of such plans or arrangements.
