Common use of Participation in Preparation Clause in Contracts

Participation in Preparation. Provide any Holder of Registrable Securities and any attorney, accountant or other agent retained by any Holder (each, an "Inspector" and, collectively, the "Inspectors") the opportunity to participate, including, but not limited to, reviewing, commenting on, and attending all meetings in the preparation of the Shelf Registration Statement, each prospectus included therein or filed with the SEC and each amendment or supplement thereto;
