Parties Benefited. This Agreement shall inure to the benefit of, and be binding upon Employee, Atlanticus, and their respective heirs, legal representatives, successors and assigns; provided that, as to Employee, this is a personal service contract and Employee may not assign this Agreement or any part hereof.
