Parties to Confer. 15.2.1 Within 14 days of the service of a notice of Dispute, the Parties must confer at least once to attempt to resolve the Dispute and failing resolution of the Dispute to explore alternative methods of resolving the Dispute. At any such conference each Party must be represented by a person having authority to agree to a resolution of the Dispute.‌
