Partitioning. No Owner (except the First Owner acting in compliance with the Land Grant) shall at any time exercise or attempt to exercise any statutory or common law right to partition the Land and/or the Development.

In particular, our databases cannot directly access or be accessed from the internet, but only from specific servers. Our data is partitioned so that your data is held in a separate database from that of other accounts. This reduces the likelihood that a compromise in somebody else’s account (because, for instance, they use an easily guessable password) would lead to a compromise of your data. Our software is partitioned so that it only has the minimum level of privileges to carry out whatever task it is currently doing. This reduces the likelihood that somebody who hacked into one part of our code could use it to compromise other areas.
Partitioning. When available, the U S WEST SCP shall partition and protect AT&T service logic and data from unauthorized SMS capability and SCE capability access, execution or other types of compromise.
Partitioning. 1.1. Standard interior partitions shall be constructed of one-half inch (1/2") gypsum drywall on each side of three and five-eighths inch (3-5/8") steel studs, from slab to ceiling. Such drywall shall be taped, spackeled, finished and painted.
1.2. All corridor and demising partitions shall be sound-insulated with 3- 1/2" of batt insulation, finished gypsum drywall, and shall be constructed according to applicable building code provisions.
1.3. The Standard Allowance shall be eighty-three lineal feet of interior partition and N/A lineal feet of demising partition for each one thousand (1000) square feet of floor area. All interior standard partitions and one-half of the demising partitions between the Premises and other leasable space shall be charged against such Standard Allowance.

Gypsum board (5/8") - one side 2-1/2" steel stud and other side two (2) layers of 5/8" gypsum board, of which one layer shall extend to underside of floor above; sound transmission class 38; amount as required. Sound baffles will be installed in peripheral enclosures where partitions abut said enclosure.
Partitioning. Subject to the consent of LESSOR, LESSEE may, at its option and at its own cost, build a fence(s) and segregate the Premises from LESSOR’s Adjoining Property, or any part thereof. The fence shall be reasonably consistent with other fencing used at LESSOR’s Property.

Partitioning. (a) Drywall partitions consisting of 5/8" thickness on each side taped and sanded to the underside of the ceiling.
(b) Partitions terminating at the Building exterior walls shall meet either a mullion or column without interfering with access to the peripheral enclosure.
(c) Demising partitions consisting of 5/8" thickness on each side taped and sanded to the underside of the ceiling. Walls shall be insulated.
Partitioning. Partitioning to be done in areas as required per the plan attached as Exhibit A.
A. Interior Office: 5/8” sheetrock, both sides over 2- 1/2” steel stud; steel stud to be installed between demising premises. Interior partitions to run to underside of dropped ceiling. Landlord will provide a maximum of One (1) L.F. of partition per 15 useable S.F. of floor area.
B. Landlord will spackle and tape walls to a smooth and true finish.
