PARTY RIGHTS Sample Clauses

The PARTY RIGHTS clause defines the specific legal rights and entitlements granted to each party under the agreement. It typically outlines what actions each party is permitted or obligated to take, such as accessing certain information, receiving payments, or enforcing terms. For example, it may specify a party’s right to terminate the contract under certain conditions or to seek remedies in case of breach. This clause ensures that both parties clearly understand their respective rights, reducing the risk of disputes and providing a framework for resolving issues if they arise.
