Pass Through Fees. Registry Operator shall pay to ICANN (i) a one-‐time fee equal to US$5,000 for access to and use of the Trademark Clearinghouse as described in Specification 7 (the “RPM Access Fee”) and (ii) US$0.251an amount specified by ICANN not to exceed US$0.25 per Sunrise Registration and Claims Registration (as such terms are used in Trademark Clearinghouse RPMs incorporated herein pursuant to Specification 7) (the “RPM Registration Fee”). The RPM Access Fee will be invoiced as of the Effective Date of this Agreement, and Registry Operator shall pay such fee to an account specified by ICANN within thirty (30) calendar days following the date of the invoice. ICANN will invoice Registry Operator quarterly for the RPM Registration Fee, which shall be due in accordance with the invoicing and payment procedure specified in Section 6.1.
Pass Through Fees. Client understands that some fees may be subject to tax and agrees to pay all applicable taxes. Increases in fees charged by Sponsor Bank will be passed through to Client, without notice. Client may be assessed an investigation fee equal to $25.00 for each item investigated and/or 10% of the amount investigated each month for all sums that Paysafe is required to investigate as a result of Client's conduct.

Pass Through Fees. A. Manager shall be responsible for all regulatory fees collected on a per policy basis as mandated by any regulatory agency in assigned territories.
B. All fees shall be accounted for on a monthly report to the Company.
Pass Through Fees. Where the User Payment includes any fee charged to the User by Inugo, the Customer shall receive that fee on behalf of Inugo (such fees shall be called “Pass Through Fees”), and pay that fee to Inugo on demand. For the avoidance of doubt, fees received by customer on behalf of Inugo shall not form part of the revenue or assets of Customer, and shall not be subject to any withholding, set-off, credit or other imposition. Inugo shall invoice Customer monthly for such fees, and Customer shall pay such fees to Inugo within 30 days of receipt of the invoice.
Pass Through Fees. Charter Service - Parking fees, entrance fees, tolls, hotel fees, aides (as determined necessary by District Transportation Department staff), and any additional time added to the pre-trip itinerary if approved or ordered by the trip chaperon (prior to the date of event), shall be expenses of the District and will be payable to the Transportation Operator. If the Charter Service Transportation Operator is required to book a driver’s room, it shall be a single room at a reasonable rate. Lodging shall be at the same location trip participants are using if available. If cost of the room is to be more than student participation rate for said trip, prior approval must be granted by the Director of Transportation, prior to the date of the event. Driver’s meals shall be the responsibility of the Transportation Operator.
Pass Through Fees. Deposit the cash proceeds of at least seventy-five percent (75%) of US dollar Accounts (other than the portion of any Account that represents Pass-through Fees that Borrower owes from time to time to the event organizer, park and recreation department administrators, state administrators or league administrators) in account number 111329 at Bank and/or account numbers 412118781 and 4121826887 at Xxxxx Fargo Bank (collectively, the “Collateral Accounts”); provided, however, Borrower shall be permitted to deposit no more than ten percent (10%) of US dollar accounts (other than the portion of any Account that represents Pass-through Fees that Borrower owes from time to time to the event organizer, park and recreation department administrators, state administrators or league administrators) in accounts other than the Collateral Accounts; provided the remaining fifteen percent (15%) of US dollar Accounts (other than the portion of any Account that represents Pass-through Fees that Borrower owes from time to time to the event organizer, park and recreation department administrators, state administrators or league administrators) shall be deposited into the Collateral Accounts within five (5) business days of receipt of such Accounts. Borrower shall not deposit the cash proceeds of any Account that represent Pass-through Fees that Borrower owes from time to time to the event organizer, park and recreation department administrators, state administrators or league administrators in the Collateral Accounts.
3. The defined term “Registration Fees Payable” is hereby deleted in its entirety in Exhibit A of the Agreement.
Pass Through Fees. During the Term of this Agreement, Cxxxxx shall pay to CSPC that portion of any and all third-party fees, including any license fees, related to the practice of a new Licensed Patent in the Field in the Collaborative Territory, charged by any Third Party licensor and incurred by CSPC in connection with any such Licensed Patent to be licensed to Cxxxxx by CSPC after the Effective Date and during the Term of this Agreement as long as the license of such new Licensed Patent is agreed in writing in advance by both Parties.
Pass Through Fees. Each Card Associations (Visa, Mastercard and Discover Network) assess fees to merchants in connection with transactions that are outside the control of ISO, such as, dues & assessments, fixed acquirer network fees, international/cross-border transaction fees, network access and data usage charges. Pass-through fees are charged at cost to Merchant.
Pass Through Fees. Each Card Brand assess fees to merchants in connection with Transactions that are outside the control of Service Provider, such as, dues & assessments, fixed acquirer network fees, international/cross- border Transaction fees, network access and data usage charges. Because these fees are frequently modified by the Card Brands, a detailed list of these fees has been posted online at where these fees are kept up to date. Pass-through fees are charged at cost to Merchant.
