Past Due Fees. Payment is considered past due if not received by SafetyNet within 15 days after the due date. SafetyNet may impose a late fee of $15 per month on any account past due. SafetyNet may also charge Caregiver bank fees for non-sufficient fund payments or payment denied requests.
Past Due Fees. Lease fees will become past due ten days past the due date and the City will charge interest of 1.5% per month on past due lease fees.
Past Due Fees. Notwithstanding anything in this Agreement or any other agreement between the parties to the contrary, if Employer fails to pay DBI, any amount (except for amounts subject to a good faith dispute) that is due as a result of the services provided by DBI to Employer under this Agreement or any other agreement between the parties, DBI shall be permitted to deduct (in accordance with Section 2.13(b)) the undisputed amount from any funds held by DBI that were received from Employer. This right of offset shall be in addition to any other remedies that DBI may have under this Agreement or any other agreement between the parties with respect to such non-payment, including, without limitation, any right to terminate this Agreement or right to recoupment, regardless of whether the past due amount is paid in full as a result of the offset or recoupment rights provided herein.

Past Due Fees. If Customer becomes thirty (30) or more days past due and fails to pay all past due fees within ten (10) days of EasyWorkforce’s written notice of such delinquency, EasyWorkforce may suspend access or delivery of any Software, Services or Products provided under this Agreement until all past due charges and any related interest are paid, or terminate the Agreement. Customer shall pay EasyWorkforce all costs of collection of past due amounts owed to EasyWorkforce hereunder, including without limitation, attorney fees, collection agency fees and court costs. EasyWorkforce reserves the right to update pricing of the Software, Services and Products at any time in its sole discretion.
Past Due Fees. Notwithstanding anything in this Agreement or any other agreement between the Parties to the contrary, if the Employer fails to pay DBI within the required time period any amount that is due as a result of any product or service provided by DBI to the Employer under this Agreement or any other agreement between the Parties, including, without limitation, services provided with respect to flexible spending arrangements, health reimbursement arrangements, qualified transport programs or health savings accounts, DBI shall be permitted to deduct the past due amount from any funds provided by the Employer pursuant to this Agreement or any other agreement between the Parties which are held by DBI without prior notice and without prior approval of the Employer. This right of offset shall be in addition to any other remedies that DBI may have at law or equity or in this Agreement or any other agreement between the parties with respect to such non-payment, including, without limitation, any right to terminate the Agreement, regardless of whether the past-due amount is paid in full as a result of the offset rights provided herein.
Past Due Fees. Except as specifically provided herein all fees payable under Paragraph 9.4 are in addition to any past due fees payable to Operator under other portions of this Agreement.
Past Due Fees. Any and all payments not made by University when due will be subject to late charges of one and one-half percent (1.5%) per month of the overdue amount up to the maximum amount allowed by Minnesota law. All payments to be made by University under this Agreement shall be made free of any deduction, set-off or counterclaim. Where any fees owed to Mayo are more than two (2) months overdue, Mayo shall be permitted to suspend any Services being provided to University until such time as the overdue fees plus interest have been fully paid, and further, such nonpayment shall be a material breach and shall be sufficient cause for Mayo’s immediate termination of this Agreement. Any such suspension shall not relieve the University from paying past due fees plus late fees thereon and in event of collection enforcement, the University shall be liable for any costs incurred by Mayo associated with such collection including, but not limited to, legal costs, attorneys’ fees, court costs and collection agency fees. This right of offset shall be in addition to any other remedies that HRASimple may have under this Agreement or any additional agreement between the parties with respect to such non-payment, including, without limitation, any right to terminate this Agreement or right to recoupment, regardless of whether the past due amount is paid in full as a result of the offset or any recoupment rights provided herein.
Past Due Fees. If Beekeeper has not received payment for any invoices that are due, and Customer has not reasonably and in good faith disputed the same invoice; or, if the credit card payment was rejected, Beekeeper may, without incurring any liability arising from its collection attempts, and without prejudice to any other rights and remedies:
5.4.1 in the case of a late payment on an invoice, upon giving thirty (30) days’ prior written notice to Customer, without liability to Customer, disable Customer’s access to all or part of the Services; and Beekeeper shall be under no obligation to provide any of the Services while the invoice(s) concerned remain unpaid;
5.4.2 in the case of a late credit card payment, without liability to Customer, disable Customer’s access to all or part of the Services; and Beekeeper shall be under no obligation to provide any of the Services while the delinquent payment concerned remains unpaid; and
5.4.3 in either case, if any amount due to Beekeeper is not paid on the due date, Beekeeper may charge the maximum interest rate then allowed by law. If the law does not establish a maximum interest rate for late payment, Beekeeper may charge on the amount due at an interest rate of four percent (4%) per annum. Such interest may be charged on a daily basis starting on the date due until the date paid.
