Past Due Rate. Each Loan (and any overdue interest in respect of each Loan) shall bear interest for each day on which an Event of Default exists (after as well as before judgment), payable on demand, at a rate per annum (the "Past-Due Rate") equal to the greater of 5% in excess of the interest rate otherwise applicable to such Loan on such day or 4.5% in excess of the Base Rate in effect on such day.

Past Due Rate. Any principal of, and to the extent permitted by applicable law, any interest on this Note, and any other sum payable hereunder, which is not paid when due (without regard to any applicable grace periods), shall bear interest, from the date due and payable until paid, payable on demand, at a rate per annum (the “Past Due Rate”) equal to the per annum interest rate from time to time publicly announced by Citibank, N.A., New York, New York as its base rate, plus four percent (4%), but in no event shall the Past Due Rate ever be less than the rate of interest set forth in subsection (a) above, (as adjusted pursuant to subsection (b) above and sometimes referred to herein as the “standard rate of interest”) plus 200 basis points (2.00%). In recent history, the past due rate, at Prime + 4%, would be lower than the standard rate. If Citibank, N.A. discontinues reporting a base rate, then the base rate shall be such other base rate as Lender designates to be the successor base rate.
Past Due Rate. If any amount payable by Borrower under any Loan Document is not paid when due (without regard to any applicable grace periods), such amount shall thereafter bear interest at a fluctuating interest rate per annum at all times equal to the Past Due Rate (as defined herein) to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. Accrued and unpaid interest on past due amounts (including interest on past due interest) shall be due and payable on demand, at a rate per annum equal to the Applicable Rate plus FOUR HUNDRED (400) basis points (the “Past Due Rate”).

Past Due Rate. If the Borrower fails to pay any amount payable by it under the Loan on its due date, past due interest shall accrue on such unpaid amount at the rate of 12% per annum from the due date up to the date of actual payment of the unpaid amount (both before and after judgment). The Borrower shall pay past due interest (if unpaid) accruing on an unpaid sum at the end of each Interest Period applicable to that unpaid sum or on demand of the Lender.
