Common use of Patriot Act Certificate Clause in Contracts

Patriot Act Certificate. The Agent shall have received a certificate satisfactory thereto, substantially in the form of Exhibit 4.1(u), for benefit of itself and the Lenders, provided by the Company that sets forth information required by the Anti-Money Laundering Laws, (including, without limitation, the Patriot Act) including, without limitation, the identity of the Company and the Guarantors, the name and address of the Company and the Guarantors and other information that will allow the Agent or any Lender, as applicable, to identify the Company and the Guarantors in accordance with the Anti-Money Laundering Laws.

Patriot Act Certificate.
