Common use of Pay for General Holidays Clause in Contracts

Pay for General Holidays. (a) An employee is eligible for a general holiday and general holiday pay after thirty (30) days of employment. (b) An eligible employee shall be given a day off with pay for each general holiday listed in this Article. (c) The pay for the general holiday shall be determined as follows: (1) for an employee who has a regular schedule of hours with the same number of hours each day on which the employee works, and who has been paid for at least fifteen (15) of the last thirty
