PAYCHECK DEDUCTIONS. 1. If docking for a pay period exceeds one (1) day's pay during any one (1) pay period, the entire amount to be deducted shall be taken out at a rate not to exceed one (1) day per pay unless the docking is for an approved unpaid leave for recreational/vacation purposes, in which case the entire amount will be deducted from the current pay. 2. Any errors will be uniformly deducted over remaining pays.
