Common use of Payment by Shipper Clause in Contracts

Payment by Shipper. (a) The Shipper must pay each invoice by electronic funds transfer to a bank account nominated by the Service Provider in the Annexure relating to the Service or as otherwise notified to the Shipper from time to time, such payment to be made on or before the 20th Day of the following Month in respect to which the invoice is issued, or 15 Days after the Shipper receives the invoice, whichever is later.

(a) The Shipper must pay each invoice by electronic funds transfer to a bank account nominated by the Service Provider in the Annexure relating to the Service or as otherwise notified to the Shipper from time to time, such payment to be made on or before the 20th 25th Day of the following Month in respect to which the invoice is issued, or 15 Days after the Shipper receives the invoice, whichever is later.
