Payment by the tenant. The tenant must pay all charges for the supply of electricity, gas or water to the tenant at the premises if the premises are separately metered.
Payment by the tenant. The Tenant shall make all payments under this Rental Agreement to the Landlord at the above address. The Balance Due must be paid in full at least 14 calendar days prior to the Date of Rental. Failure to pay the Balance Due in full at least 14 calendar days prior to the Date of Rental will result in forfeiture of the Tenant’s Rent Deposit and termination of the Landlord’s obligations under this Rental Agreement. A fee of $50 will be charged for any returned check.
