Common use of Payment by the tenant Clause in Contracts

Payment by the tenant. The tenant must pay: a. all charges for the supply of electricity or oil to the tenant at the premises if the premises are separately metered; and b. the cost of all water supplied to the premises during the tenant's occupancy if the cost is based solely on the amount of water supplied and the premises are separately metered; and c. all charges for the supply of gas to the tenant at the premises if the premises are separately metered.
