Payment Day Sample Clauses
The Payment Day clause defines the specific date or dates on which payments under a contract are due. Typically, it outlines whether payments must be made on a set calendar day, upon receipt of an invoice, or within a certain number of days after a triggering event, such as delivery of goods or completion of services. By clearly establishing when payments are expected, this clause helps prevent disputes over timing and ensures both parties have a mutual understanding of their financial obligations.
