Payment for Excess Continuous Rehearsal Sample Clauses

The Payment for Excess Continuous Rehearsal clause establishes compensation terms for situations where rehearsal time exceeds the standard or agreed-upon duration. Typically, this clause specifies the hourly or daily rates payable to performers, crew, or other personnel when rehearsals run longer than scheduled, and may outline the process for tracking and approving such excess time. Its core function is to ensure fair remuneration for additional work, prevent disputes over unpaid rehearsal hours, and incentivize efficient scheduling.
Payment for Excess Continuous Rehearsal. ‌ For continuous rehearsal in excess of four (4) hours as mentioned above, and for more than seven (7) hours of rehearsal in a standard rehearsal day or for extending the span of the day, the Artist shall invoice the Theatre at the rate stipulated on line one (1) of Schedule "A" in the current ITA Fee Booklet. (See also the special case in Clause 24:09(C), Mixed Company.)
