PAYMENT FOR EXCESSIVE HOURS. A Master of a continuous operating vessel normally works limited amount of incidental overtime while his vessel is at sea, related to traffic conditions, weather hazards, or the navigation of difficult tidal conditions, for which he shall be compensated by a monthly payment of (effective October in recognition of actual hours worked.
