PAYMENT FOR FUND INTERESTS ISSUED. The Custodian shall receive from subscribers of Interests of a Fund or their respective agents or if applicable, distributors, or from the Fund’s transfer agent (the “Transfer Agent”) and deposit into the account of the Fund such payments as are received for Fund Interests issued or sold from time to time by the Fund. The Custodian will provide timely notification to the Fund and the Transfer Agent of any receipt of the payments by the Custodian.
