Common use of Payment of Amount Clause in Contracts

Payment of Amount. The Adjacent Facility Owner shall pay to Network Rail the amount of [£●], as such amount may be adjusted under Schedule 3, in each Contract Year in respect of the costs incurred by Network Rail in discharging its obligations under Clause 5.2 (other than under Clause 5.2.3(a) which shall be at Network Rail’s own cost) and Clause 6 (the “Amount”) [and excluding renewals covered by paragraph 15.4].
