Payment of Benefits While on Approved Leave. When an employee is on an approved leave of absence, the employer shall pay eighty percent (80%), and the employee shall pay twenty, percent (20%) of the cost of the benefits for the first two (2) pay periods after the leave commences. During the second and subsequent months of an approved leave of absence, the employee shall pay one hundred percent (100%) of the cost of benefits.
