The payment directly or indirectly (including, without limitation, any payment in respect of any sinking fund, defeasance, or redemption) by Borrower or any of its Consolidated Subsidiaries of any Debt, including without limitation, the Senior Notes, in a manner or at a time during which such payment is not permitted under the terms of the Loan Documents, or under any instrument or document evidencing or creating such Debt.
