Common use of Payment of Fee Clause in Contracts

Payment of Fee. For the services Sub-Adviser renders to the Fund under this Agreement, Adviser will pay Sub-Adviser fees based on the average daily net assets of the Fund.

Payment of Fee. For the services the Sub-Adviser renders to the Fund under this Agreement, the Adviser will pay the Sub-Adviser fees based on the average daily net assets of the FundFund in accordance with the fee schedule set forth on Exhibit A, as such Exhibit may be amended from time to time by mutual agreement of the parties hereto.
