Payment of Modification Fee. FINOVA shall have received from Borrower a modification fee of Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000) for the processing and approval of this Amendment.
Payment of Modification Fee. Lender shall have received from Borrower a modification fee of Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000) for the processing and approval of this Amendment, which fee shall be fully earned as of and payable on the date hereof.
Payment of Modification Fee. Lender shall have received from Borrower a modification fee of Thirty-Seven Thousand Dollars ($37,500) for the processing and approval of this Amendment, which fee shall be fully earned as of and payable on the date hereof.
Payment of Modification Fee. Borrower shall pay Lender a fee in the amount of $20,000 (“Modification Fee”) plus all out-of-pocket expenses.
Payment of Modification Fee. ILX shall have paid Lender a loan modification fee in the amount of $10,000.00 in consideration of Lender's execution of this Amendment.
Payment of Modification Fee. Agent shall have received a modification fee for the ratable benefit of the Lenders from Borrowers in the amount of $33,750.00.
Payment of Modification Fee. Lender shall have received from Borrowers a modification fee of Fifty Thousand Dollars ($50,000) for the processing and approval of this Amendment.
Payment of Modification Fee. Borrower shall pay Bank a fully earned and non-refundable modification fee in the amount of $20,000.00 (“Modification Fee”), plus all reasonable out-of-pocket expenses.
Payment of Modification Fee. In consideration of Bank’s agreement to modify the Loan Agreement as contemplated herein, Borrower shall pay to Bank a non refundable fee in the amount of Twenty Six Thousand Two Hundred Fifty Dollars ($26,250) (the “Modification Fee”), plus all out-of-pocket expenses, including without limitation, the Bank’s legal fees.
Payment of Modification Fee.
