Payment of Relocation Expenses for Alternate Employment with NAV CANADA. If a Controller who has lost his or her licence for medical reasons is offered alternate employment in NAV CANADA at another geographic location, NAV CANADA shall bear the cost of removal expenses in accordance with then current Company Regulations.
