Common use of Payment of Services Clause in Contracts

Payment of Services. During the term of this XXX, the College may commence providing educational services during an academic term that does not coincide with the beginning date of this XXX. This is because some portions of the Dual Credit courses are or may be taught utilizing high school teachers. In the event the School District’s teachers are used to teach Dual Credit courses, College agrees to pay for such Dual Credit instructional services for Dual Credit Courses contemplated by the dual credit service agreement with the School District, in accordance with Attachment C.
