Payment on Business Days. If any payment under this Non- Relocation Agreement is required to be made on a day other than a Business Day, the date of payment shall be extended to the next Business Day.

Payment on Business Days. Whenever in this Loan Agreement any amount is required to be paid on a day which is not a Business Day, such payment shall be required to be made on the Business Day immediately following such day, provided that interest on such payment shall not accrue from and after such day.

Noteholders will not be entitled to any interest or other payment for any delay after the due date in receiving the amount due if the due date is not a Business Day, if the Noteholder is late in surrendering its Certificate (if required to do so) or if a cheque mailed in accordance with this Condition 6 arrives after the due date for payment.
