Payment Received. In the event that a Party receives any payment or other amount owing to such Party but allocated to another Party pursuant to this Agreement, the receiving Party agrees to forward such payments in good faith as promptly as practicable to the applicable Party.
Payment Received. The School will be considered PAID on successful completion of a credit card transaction or on receipt at SoundRocket’s office (950 Victors Way, Suite 50, Ann Arbor, Michigan 48108) of a check. With either payment approach, PAID status may be revoked if payment transaction ultimately fails.
Payment Received. Should the Seller receive payments or other types of performance for receivables and other claims subsequent to Closing, that according to the provisions of this Agreement should be transferred to the Purchaser, or receive payments in connection with any of the Purchased Assets or the Assumed Contracts, they are required to transfer same to the Purchaser immediately and vice versa. The Seller shall forward to the Purchaser all quotations, orders, enquiries and other correspondence relating to any of the Purchased Assets or an Assumed Contracts that they receive subsequent to the Closing Date.

Assignee shall have the right and authority to endorse the name of each Assignor (which endorsement of the name of such Assignor shall include the words "without recourse") on any check or any other evidences of indebtedness received by Assignee on account of the Businesses and the Assigned Assets transferred to Assignee hereunder.
