More specific information is provided below in Sections 14.2 and 14.3. • Koverly is also unable to initiate refunds in cases where a Recipient has already received your payment. If this is the case, you should contact your Recipient directly to request a refund, pursuant to their payment terms. • In the event of a refund, Xxxxxxx will also refund a proportional amount of the Koverly Fee, less any unrecoverable costs Koverly or the Banks may incur. Principal refunds effected via clawback or chargeback mechanisms, however, will not result in a refund of the Koverly Fee, in whole or in part.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, in the event Buyer notifies Nokia in writing before Nokia-issued shipment confirmation, Buyer may cancel the order and Nokia will refund to Buyer any amounts paid by Buyer prior to the date of cancellation. 15.1.2 Melio is also unable to initiate refunds in cases where a Recipient has already received your payment. If this is the case, you should contact your Recipient directly to request a refund, pursuant to their payment terms.
Payment Refunds. 1) The available payment methods depend on the country from which the order is placed. The available payment methods are displayed in the E-shop. The following payment methods are always allowed: PayPal credit card (VISA or MasterCard).
2) If a payment term has been agreed by X’Xxxxx Retail Europe B.V., the Consumer will be in default by the mere expiration of that term. Payment terms may be agreed in writing only on the conditions stipulated at that time.
3) If a credit card or PayPal is selected as payment method, the conditions of the relevant credit card issuer or of PayPal will apply. X’Xxxxx Retail Europe B.V. is not a party to the relationship between the Consumer and the credit card issuer.
4) The Consumer will pay all reasonable judicial and extrajudicial expenses of any nature whatsoever, including collection costs, that X’Xxxxx Retail Europe B.V. will incur due to the Consumer's failure to fulfil his or her (payment) obligations.
5) In the event of late payment, X’Xxxxx Retail Europe B.V. will be authorized to terminate the agreement with immediate effect or suspend (further) delivery until the Consumer has fulfilled his or her payment obligations in full, including payment of the costs referred to in Article 6.4.
Payment Refunds. 5.7.1. You are obliged to refuse the charging of the Doctor’s fee fully or parochially from the oDoc Service Receiver in the events including following events ;
5.7.1.1. You decide that you cannot diagnose the patient without having a physical examination;
5.7.1.2. You decide to cancel a confirmed appointment with the oDoc Service Receiver;
5.7.1.3. You cannot complete the consultation with a patient due to a technical difficulty at you end. You acknowledge that the Company shall have the sole right in identifying at which end the technical failure occurred.
5.7.1.4. Due to your personal preference, you decide not to charge Doctor’s Fee from a patient.
Payment Refunds. (a) If any Taxes actually paid by the Buyer or Option One following the Closing Date are the responsibility of FFG or the Seller under Section 10.1(a), the Seller shall pay the Buyer or Option One an amount equal to said Taxes within thirty (30) days of receiving a complete and accurate copy of the return or report (or pro forma information in the case of Option One forming part of a consolidated, combined or unitary group) reflecting said Taxes. If any Taxes actually paid by the Seller or FFG following the Closing Date are the responsibility of the Buyer under Section 10.1(b) above, the Buyer shall pay FFG an amount equal to said Taxes within thirty (30) days of receiving a compete and accurate copy of the return or report (or pro forma information in the case of Option One forming part of a consolidated, combined or unitary group) reflecting said Taxes.
(b) FFG shall be entitled to any refunds of Taxes attributable to the operations of Option One on or before the Closing Date, including any refund or reduction in Taxes payable by Buyer or Option One attributable to a net operating loss ("NOL") or other Tax attribute of Option One arising in any period on or before the Closing Date ("Refund") and carried forward on a FFG Return to any period after the Closing Date. The Buyer and Option One shall be entitled to any refund attributable to an NOL or other Tax attribute of Option One arising in any period after the Closing Date, except, however, the Buyer and Option One agree that they will not carry back an NOL or any other Tax attribute, which they might otherwise be entitled to carry back, if such NOL or Tax attribute would be carried back to a consolidated, combined or unitary Tax return or report of FFG, the Seller or any Affiliate of Seller (except Option One and its Subsidiaries), unless FFG consents thereto, which consent FFG, in its sole and absolute discretion, can deny. FFG shall have sole responsibility to respond to, contest, and settle all matters relating to any action or proceeding which may result in a Refund for which FFG is entitled. The Buyer agrees, and shall cause Option One and any successors and assigns to agree, not to take any action which would compromise or adversely affect FFG's ability to recover any amounts pursuant to such proceedings and shall promptly notify FFG of any action, proceeding, or other matter within their knowledge which may adversely affect FFG's contest of such proceedings, or its ability to recover such Refunds...
