Payment transaction. A Payment Transaction is independent of the underlying civil or commercial obligation between the Client and the Payment Recipient. Paynovate therefore remains foreign to any civil or commercial dispute that may arise between the Client and the Beneficiary. A Payment Transaction may be initiated by the Client who gives a Payment Order (transfer) directly, by the Client who gives a Payment Order through the Beneficiary (card) or by the Beneficiary (direct debit).
Payment transaction a transfer of the funds from the Client’s Account in the Bank and initiated by the Client.
Payment transaction deposit, transfer or withdrawal of funds initiated by the Payer, on behalf of the Payer or the Payee, regardless of the responsibilities of the Payer and the Payee underlying the operation;
Payment transaction. A payment transaction is an act initiated by a payer, on behalf of a payer or by a payee for the purpose of making payments or transfer- ring or withdrawing funds with no regard being taken to any underly- ing obligations between the payer and the payee. This could, for example, be an order for payment ortransfer from a payment account placed by users in Netbank, or by the payee pursuant to agreement with the customer.
Payment transaction. When you initiate a payment by entering the required details on OneBank, you explicitly consent and authorize us to make the payment to the recipient you have provided. It is your responsibility to check all details are accurate as Sterling cannot validate or check these details. If you are initiating payments related to purchasing, then the relationship for that purchase remains between you and the relevant supplier – Sterling is in no way responsible for that purchase, or any terms set by that supplier. If you think that a payment initiated through OneBank may have been incorrect, unauthorized, or not properly executed (perhaps due to delay or other error), then you need to: contact us immediately on xxxxxxxxxxxx@xxxxxxxx.xx so that we can investigate and stop the payment if possible.
Payment transaction. 4.1 At all times during the subsistence of this Agreement and subject to compliance to the terms and conditions stated in this Agreement, the Merchant agrees to accept the Payment Cards and undertakes that it shall honor without discrimination any Payment Card when properly presented by a User for any Payment Transaction as a mean of payment under the Payment Schemes upon terms of this Agreement or as may be described in any written instructions issued by GKASH to the Merchant from time to time. The Merchant shall practise and maintain a policy which disallows any discrimination against Users seeking to make purchases of Goods from the Merchant through the use of a Payment Card and is strictly prohibited to favour and/or promote the use of one Payment Card over the other.
4.2 In consideration of the Merchant observing and complying with the terms of this Agreement, GKASH shall during the term of this Agreement, acquire from the Merchant, as a third party agent of the Acquirers, all Payment Transactions presented by the Merchant to GKASH in the manner herein provided, for the value appearing on each of the Payment Transactions less the MDR and other fees and charges (if any) as is indicated in the Welcome Letter, upon the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
4.3 Subject to the terms of this Agreement, GKASH shall provide and allow the Merchant to utilise the Payment Schemes in accordance with the terms of this Agreement and the Welcome Letter (particularly the procedural steps and conditions related to each Payment Scheme) as is required by the respective Acquirer and/or Operators (as applicable) pursuant to the respective Standards of such Acquirer and/or Operators.
Payment transaction. 4.1 The Company has established a bank account ("Crowdinvesting Account") at Sparkasse Baden- Baden Gaggenau (hereinafter "Bank") for the execution of payments under this Investment Contract. Pending the successful completion of the Campaign (Clause 3.2), the Company requires the consent of FunderNation to make dispositions on the Crowdinvesting Account. The same shall apply in the case of the occurrence of the Condition Subsequent (Clause 3.2) up to the complete repayment of payments already made by the Funder to the Company.
4.2 All payments under this Investment Contract have to be made exclusively to the Crowdinvesting Account.

(hereinafter "Bank") for the execution of payments under this Investment Contract. Pending the successful completion of the Campaign (Clause 3.2), the Company requires the consent of FunderNation to make dispositions on the Crowdinvesting Account. The same shall apply in the case of the occurrence of the Condition Subsequent (Clause 3.2) up to the complete repayment of payments already made by the Funder to the Company.
4.2 All payments under this Investment Contract have to be made exclusively to the Crowdinvesting Account.

The processing of a payment through the Service that results in the debiting or charging of the Purchase Amount to a Buyer's Payment Instrument and the crediting of funds to a Seller. ● Product: Any merchandise, good or service that is listed for sale by a Seller that a Buyer may pay for using the Service. ● Purchase Amount: The amount of a Payment Transaction in any currency acceptable by KingsPay for the purpose of paying for a Product, and any related fees, taxes or shipping charges, as applicable. ● Service: The KingsPay Payments service, described in this Terms of Service, that facilitates the processing of Payment Transactions on behalf of a Seller. ● "KingsPay", "we", or "us": Kinging LLC
