Payment Upon Termination for Cause. If Executive’s employment shall be terminated for Cause as set forth herein, Employer shall pay Executive: (i) the Accrued Obligations, and (ii) the Additional Benefits, in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan, program or arrangement.

Payment Upon Termination for Cause. If this Agreement is terminated for Cause, the Company will not have current obligations to make any payments to the Advisor. However, any deferred Asset Management Fees (plus any interest accrued thereon), deferred Acquisition Fees (plus any interest accrued thereon), and deferred Disposition Fees (plus any interest accrued thereon) would remain outstanding obligations and continue to accrue interest at a non-compounded rate of 6.0%. Such deferred fees and interest accrued thereon would be payable upon a liquidation or Other Liquidity Event as set forth in Section 9.
Payment Upon Termination for Cause. In the event of Termination due to an uncured default, the DPA shall be paid an amount HUD determines is equal to the value of the Services performed by the DPA, for each Project, as of the date of expiration of any cure period in HUD’s notice of an event of default. Notwithstanding the previous sentence or any other provision of the Agreement, HUD may, in such event, at HUD’s option, withhold any Fee accrued but not yet paid. In no event shall the amount of any sum retained by HUD under this Article 13 limit the amount that HUD may claim and recover against the DPA in connection with any claim HUD may assert against the DPA for damages due under the Agreement.

Payment Upon Termination for Cause. If Add-on terminates this Agreement for cause, it shall pay to Consultant any amount earned for Services rendered up to the effective date of termination, provided that if the Fees for Services are based on identified milestones being achieved, Add-on shall pay Consultant only for those milestones achieved to the satisfaction of Add-on prior to the effective date of termination and Add-on shall not be liable to pay to Consultant any additional compensation.

Payment Upon Termination for Cause. If Add-on terminates this Agreement for any cause whatsoever, it shall pay to Consultant all monies up to and including the last month of the term set out and described as "termination date" in schedule "1" plus the value of one additional year of monthly fees. Rafuse will retain all granted shares, options and warrants. This ix regardless as to whether Add-on wishes to dispense of the services during any part of the set time laid out in schedule "1" as being between the start date and termination date.

Payment Upon Termination for Cause. In the event of Executive's termination for Cause by the Company or termination by the Executive without Good Reason (as hereinafter defined), the Company shall only be obligated to pay Executive (i) any of Executive's Salary due and owing to Executive for the period through the effective date of such termination and (ii) benefits vested under any applicable pension or other employee benefit plans.
