Payments and Due Dates. All Payments are due in advance weekly on Mon. morning. Advanced payments are accepted. All payments are non-refundable. The annual registration fee of $50 is charged upon enrollment and every August thereafter. A Service fee of $25 is charged for all returned payments. Non-Payment of Tuition can terminate enrollment. Forms of payment accepted: Debit Cards, Checks, Visa / MasterCard, ACH from Bank Account (checking or savings). Parent(s) signing below are responsible for paying any balance due, including any balances remaining after payments from childcare voucher, 3rd party reimbursement, or other outside source. $ If Paid In FULL on Monday with AutoPay Discount $ Regular Tuition Rate (no AutoPay Discount) A fee of $5 is charged for every 15 minutes a child is picked up after the scheduled pick-up time. Payment is due immediately. See the Parent Handbook for more info. The center will be closed on the following holidays (or closest weekday). The regular tuition is still due these weeks. To qualify for the AutoPay Discount, your balance must be paid in full by Monday of each week, through our AutoPay program. Your tuition is due in full each week regardless of illness or other absence. Overdue accounts will be charged a service fee. The parent understands that he/she assumes all responsibility for interest charges, collection agency, legal or court fees associated with the collection of this account, if that becomes necessary. Parents electing to withdraw their child must provide two weeks written notice to the center. Any issue under this agreement or relating to the service provided shall be subject to mediation and, if not resolved by mediation, arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Growing Kids reserves the right to modify or cancel the terms of this agreement with 30 days notice. If the contract is a flexible lease or some form of a crop share agreement, then details of what each party is responsible for, and/or factors that trigger changes from the base lease, should be defined and stated here. If the landlord requires a deposit for potential damage repair, this should be included in this section. Most rental contracts are based on tillable acres, and/or only the acreage used by the tenant. It may be necessary to identify different rental rates for specific parcels depending on usage, potential productivity or other factors agreed upon by both parties. Examples may include tillable vs. pasture, large yield potential differences, etc. Federal Farm Program- most, but not all, farms have some program crop base acres enrolled in the federal farm program. Program crop acres generally have payments tied to those acres from the farm program. Many of the Federal Farm Program Payments are to be paid to the party assuming the production risk. If a landlord receives straight cash rent they are not assuming production risk.
Payments and Due Dates. (a) Except as otherwise provided herein, royalties and other amounts payable to Bukwang as a result of activities occurring during the period covered by each royalty report provided for under Article 4 of this Agreement shall be due and payable on the date such royalty report is due. Payments and Due Dates. 22.1 All compensation payable pursuant to this Agreement shall be due within thirty (30) days of the issuance date of the invoice (the “Bill Due Date”). 22.1.1 If either Party fails to remit payment for any undisputed charges for services by the Bill Due Date, or if a payment or any portion of a payment is received after the Bill Due Date, or if a payment or any portion of a payment is received in funds which are not immediately available as of the Bill Due Date (individually and collectively, “Past Due”), then a late payment charge shall be assessed as provided in 22.1.2. 22.1.2 If any charge incurred under this Agreement is Past Due, the unpaid amounts shall accrue simple interest from the Bill Due Date at the lower of: the rate of 1.5% per month (18% annually) or the maximum amount allowed by applicable law, to and including the date that the payment is actually made and available. 22.2 If any portion of an amount due to a Party (the “Billing Party”) under this Agreement is subject to a bona fide dispute between the Parties, the Party billed (the “Disputing Party”) shall give written notice to the Billing Party of the amounts it disputes (“Disputed Amounts”) and include in such written notice the specific details and reasons for disputing each amount. The Disputing Party shall pay when due all undisputed amounts to the Billing Party. 22.3 Issues related to Disputed Amounts shall be resolved in accordance with the procedures identified in the Dispute Resolution provisions set forth in Section 27. 22.4 Where the Disputed Amount or any portion is found to be due and owing to the Party issuing the invoice (the "Resolved Amount), the Resolved Amount shall be subject to a late charge as provided in 22.1.2. 22.5 If the Disputed Amount or any portion is found to be resolved in favor of such Disputing Party, the Parties shall cooperate to ensure that all of the following actions are taken: 22.5.1 the Billing Party shall credit the invoice of the Disputing Party for that portion of the Disputed Amounts resolved in favor of the Disputing Party, together with any late payment charges assessed with respect thereto no later than the second Bill Due Date after the resolution of the Dispute; and 22.5.2 no later than the third Bill Due Date after the resolution of the dispute regarding the Disputed Amounts, the Disputing Party shall pay the Billing Party for that portion of the Disputed Amounts resolved in favor of the Billing Party, together with any late payment charg...
