Payments by Consultant. 3.2.1 Within 10 business days of receipt of payment made pursuant to this Agreement, the Consultant shall pay all portions thereof due to Sub-consultants and to persons who provided items, the expenses of which are Reimbursable Expenses. 3.2.2 The Owner has no obligation to pay or see to the payment of money to any Sub-consultant except as otherwise required under Applicable Law.
